Adnams Artist of the Month in Association with Suffolk ‘n’ Cool, November 2011

By sarahhowe, also posted in News on

Back in November, Peter Clitheroe from Suffolk 'n' Cool interviewed Tyler Torrance, Head Chef at The Crown in Southwold, for his regular feature Adnams Artist of The Month. At the start of the interview Canadian-Brit Tyler explains how his training in Vancouver influenced his palate and cooking style towards multicultural, pan-asian cuisine but his upbringing under his British-born father ensured that Sundays were always reserved for a roast dinner! As Peter delves deeper into his musical tastes, Tyler reveals that he was bass player in a few bands in the past and draws parallels between his previous desire to be a rock star and the celebrity status of modern day chefs. Finally Tyler reveals his song choice from Peter's Suffolk 'n' Cool playlist as "Papa don't worry" by singer-songwriter Sydney Wayser. Listen to the full interview and Tyler's song choice at Suffolk 'n' Cool.
