2015 Adnams 10KWell done everyone! A huge thank you to all runners, our brilliant race marshalls and volunteers, spectators, sponsors and supporters. You can see the full race results here and pictures from the East Anglian Daily Times here. A round-up of the winners as well as photos will be posted later in the week. Cheers!

Saturday, 18:40 - The race is on!

The Harbour at 18:25 - dry!Great news! The race is on! We've spoken with the Harbour Master and all is well. (Thanks Teresa for the photo - a dark but dry-ish harbour!) However, please do dress for the cold tomorrow and be prepared to get wet feet. We understand that the harbour road will be graded by tractor in the morning, but there may still be potholes and puddles so please do take extra care. Looking forward to seeing you all in the morning!

Saturday, 16:40

We've just visited the harbour and there are puddles along the bottom part of York Road and some quite large puddles along the harbour road. The water level has remained high too, and it looks like the harbour road might be flooded later. We can't take a call yet on the race until this evening's high tide has passed, which is estimated to peak at 18:45. However, we're hopeful that the race will go ahead as planned. Puddlewatch: Photos of Blackshore at around 3pm this afternoon. A soggy Southwold Harbour, Sat 21st Nov 2015   On Friday we issued a flood alert for Sunday's 10k race. We're confident that the race will go ahead as planned, but we may need to cancel the race should the authorities advise us that the route has become unsafe or impassable for runners and volunteers. Please keep an eye on this blog post, as well as twitter and facebook for updates.
