Ghost Ship is here to stay!

It has proved so popular that we're now brewing it throughout the year so it'll be permanently available in cask, bottle and mini-casks. "Our 4.5% Pale Ale has good assertive bitterness with a malty backbone and aromas of lemon and lime. Ghost Ship is brewed with a selection of malts - Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara. We use Citra, and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours." Fergus Fitzgerald, Adnams' Brewer. Ghost Ship takes its inspiration from Adnams' 600-year-old haunted pub, The Bell in Walberswick, just across the river from Southwold. The village is one of England's most haunted, and this stretch of coast has witnessed many ship wrecks over the centuries. Just a few miles south is Dunwich, once a busy, thriving port, but now just a few historical buildings remain. Most of the buildings have disappeared forever into the sea. To celebrate Ghost Ship's return, we're producing some T-Shirts and hooded sweatshirts (guess what; the printed Ghost Ship designs glow in the dark!). The shirts will be available to purchase in Adnams' Cellar & Kitchen Stores and online later this month. In the meantime, you can enjoy Ghost Ship in your nearest pub by using our Pub Finder below, buy a case of bottles, or for larger spectral gatherings, as a 5-litre mini-cask.
