Ghostie is attempting a world record!

By Sophie Palmer, also posted in News on

Ghostie prepping for his race Adnams Ghost Ship is soon to attempt a Guinness World Record! On Sunday, our Ghostie is going to try and run the fastest 10k ever for a beer bottle. Not bad when you’ve only got little legs... We’ve put the application to the Guinness World Records, so fingers’ crossed! We think he's in with a good chance... he doesn't like to brag (much) but he has won a few mascot races in his lifetime, and holds the record for the fastest marathon as his other alter ego - a crustacean! Ghostie will be running alongside 799 other runners, so do come along and offer everyone your support – it really helps! Quick facts: The Adnams Southwold 10k Sunday, 20th November 2016 Start: 11am, behind the sea wall near to The Harbour Inn Finish: The Red Lion on South Green. The fastest runners take around 30 minutes to complete the course, with the majority coming in at around an hour.
