As we have all found recently a little more time on our hands we thought we would share with you some of our easy and delicious cocktail recipes that you can make from what you have in your cupboards at home or easily accessible ingredients.
Our signature Copper House Dry Gin, a favourite of many, distilled with 6 botanicals; juniper berries, orris root, coriander seed, cardamom pod, sweet orange peel and hibiscus flower, is perfect for a classic G&T or a delicious cocktail. Bradley Adnams has been crafting a store cupboard friendly cocktail to try at home called an Afternoon G&Tea!

We also use Copper House Dry Gin as a base for many of our seasonal gins that are distilled for a limited time only. We currently have two exciting flavours for you to try; inspired by a trip to Mexico Habanero and Lime gin has warming spicy notes with a citrus kick and recently launched Orange and Sea Buckthorn gin bursting with orange, pineapple, peach and tropical flavours.

Our Copper House distillery sits within the Adnams brewery in Southwold. It’s one of the most water and energy-efficient distilleries in the UK and also generates water and steam for the brewery, forming an integral part of our overall sustainable production system.
All our spirits start life as locally-grown, East Anglian malted cereals, from which we brew a “distillery wash” – basically an unhopped beer – which is then distilled to make our vodka, gins and whiskies.
This grain-to-glass approach allows us to create high-quality spirits that have proven themselves time and time again with over 100 awards across our spirits portfolio in the last 10 years, including three World’s Best Awards and International Vodka Producer of the year from the International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC).
