You will need:
- 50ml Adnams Copper House Pink Gin
- 25ml Lime Juice
- Fresh Raspberries
- Ice 1 Egg White (optional)
- Soda Water
Method:
- In your cocktail shaker, muddle a handful of fresh raspberries
- Add fresh lime juice and your pink gin. If using, add your egg white before topping off with ice.
- Shake until frothy and strain into your glass.
- Top with your soda water and garnish with fresh or freeze-dried raspberries.
- Enjoy!
