Domaine Parent is a long-established Burgundy producer whose reputation continues to grow. Sisters Anne Parent (winemaker) and Catherine Fages-Parent run their 10 hectare Côte de Beaune estate (which has been in the family since 1803) organically. Some earlier vintages of lesser appellations proved to be quite tight and linear and were deserving of a few additional years in bottle, but we have noted a softening and blossoming in more recent vintages.
