We are also experiencing a delay in delivery times but working with our partners to get your orders to you as quickly as we can. In some circumstances orders may arrive in separate boxes at different times. Please note that in some cases, orders may take up to 3 - 5 working days to arrive.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is free for orders over £100. Orders under £100 are subject to a £6.99 delivery charge.

Standard delivery takes up to 3 - 5 working days. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for a £8.99 delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for express delivery. Orders placed on either a Saturday or Sunday, or before 12 noon on Monday will be delivered on a Tuesday.

Please note: Express Delivery is not available for Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards.

Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards Delivery

Delivery is free for Tour Gift Cards, Make Your Own Gin Gift Cards and Escape to Southwold Gift Cards and are sent via Royal Mail.

E-Gift Vouchers are sent via email only and are sent directly to recipient.

Please note: Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards will be sent separately from other items on the same order.


Please check all goods before accepting delivery. On occasion, our delivery partner might need to repack items and this will be clearly marked. Please ensure that a person over the age of 18 receives the delivery.  

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged' clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature and refuse the delivery.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of ordering, please advise us by email at, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We currently do not offer overseas delivery. 


If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us as soon as possible by emailing Please quote your order number and the date the order was placed.

We will do our best to cancel your order, however due to the volume of orders we receive on a daily basis it is often not possible to prevent an order from leaving our warehouse. If it is too late for us to cancel or amend your order then please refuse the delivery. Once goods are returned to us we will reprocess the order or refund as appropriate.

Promotional activity and discount codes

Discount codes must be entered at the point of purchas. To apply the discount at the basket/checkout, click on 'Have an offer code?' to open the text box where you can enter the code.
