Standard delivery is free for orders over £100. Orders under £100 are subject to a £4.99 delivery charge.
Standard delivery takes up to 3 - 5 working days. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Express delivery is available for a £7.99 delivery charge.
Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for express delivery. Orders placed on either a Saturday or Sunday, or before 12 noon on Monday will be delivered on a Tuesday.
Please note: Express Delivery is not available for Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards.
Delivery is free for Gift Vouchers, Tour Gift Cards, Make Your Own Gin Gift Cards and Escape to Southwold Gift Cards and are sent via Royal Mail.
Please note: Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards will be sent separately from other items on the same order.
Please check all goods before signing for them. Please be aware that deliveries will not be left without a signature being taken.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged' clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature and refuse the delivery.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of ordering, please advise us by email at email@example.com, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We currently do not offer overseas delivery. We do have stockists around the world, so let us know if you would like more information on where to find Adnams in your country. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com. Please quote your order number and the date the order was placed.
We will do our best to cancel your order, however due to the volume of orders we receive on a daily basis it is often not possible to prevent an order from leaving our warehouse. If it is too late for us to cancel or amend your order then please refuse the delivery. Once goods are returned to us we will reprocess the order or refund as appropriate.
