We are very fortunate that our pubs and hotels benefit from great coastal and country locations, allowing you enjoy our open spaces, fresh air and sea breezes to relax and take a well-earned break from our current lives.
Our pubs and hotels are all well-spaced to ensure you can easily socially distance, but still enjoy great hospitality.
Our hygiene and cleanliness standards are extremely high to give you peace of mind and ensure that we are protecting all our guests, teams and the communities that surround and support us.
These rules are subject to change, depending on the most current Government guidance.
From Monday, 17th May…
You can dine INDOORS in all Adnams Managed Properties under the ”Rule of Six” or as two households with seated table service. Online booking for indoor tables is available.
OUTDOORS visits will continue to be available and larger tables and groups are permissible, so long as we can maintain social distancing. Please dress appropriately for the weather, and in the case of bad weather, we may have to cancel your booking, but will give as much notice as possible.
Both indoors and outdoors visits will require seated table service.
Overnight accommodation will be available in our pubs and hotels with rooms.
Face coverings must still be worn when moving around our pubs and hotels, and we’ll continue to operate social distancing, reduced capacities and all our other Covid-secure measures.
From Monday, 21st June…
All being well, restrictions will be eased with no legal restrictions inside or out. Further guidance to be confirmed.
Government guidance, best practise, assessment, and accreditation
We are following changing Government guidance in detail and working with our industry bodies to ensure we are exemplars of best practise within our industry and that we are reviewing and updating when necessary.
Our risk assessments and kitchen protocols have been amended and our teams have been trained on new policies. Our suppliers and maintenance contractors have been likewise communicated the standards we expect of them when visiting our properties. Our policies detail that if any of our team begins to show symptoms or are contacted by NHS Track and Trace, they will stop working immediately and we will inform all necessary others that this has happened. We would likewise ask all our guests to show the same cautionary approach.
