If you purchase a tour or other experience from us then our Tours & Experiences Terms & Conditions will apply to that purchase.

Our Websites are directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through our Websites are appropriate for use or available in other locations.

You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by updating your information online through the My Account pages or by contacting our Customer Services representatives by e-mail at customerservices@adnams.co.uk, or call us on 01502 727 222 between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales except that if you are a consumer and you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
