Our classiest Prosecco is vibrant and brightly sparkling with added complexity to regular DOC Prosecco. A soft and fruit-filled wine with persistent bubbles. The finest vineyards for 'Asolo' Prosecco lie on the sunnier, southern side of the Venetian Alps which adds depth, complexity and adds flavours of peach and melon.
Bursting with flavours of peach and melon, our Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG is perfect for to serve at any celebration, or equally works just as well when paired with fish and chips.
Classy and elegant, a sip of Adnams Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG is always an experience to be savoured.
Asolo is known as the 'Pearl of Treviso'. Tucked within the hilly area of northern central Veneto is Montello e Colli Asolani, and thanks to its mountainous surroundings at the foot of the Venetian Alps, the landscape here is impressive with peaks rising to a maximum of 460m.
This Asolo prosecco is our favourite: soft, fruity cxtra dry with an elegant and fine fizz, this is a bottle you could drink with absolutely anything, though we’d be tempted to take up Adnams’ suggestion and pair it with fish and chips on the beach (weather permitting). This is a very ripe and juicy prosecco, with plenty of sun-drenched fruits thanks to the vineyard’s sunny spot on the southern side of the Venetian Alps. A DOCG labelled wine, with green melon and zest for days.
