This characterful Beaujolais comes from a small specialist producer. It’s soft juicy Gamay packed with all the beautiful flavours of summer fruits. Lighter in nature, this wine is the perfect midweek sipper.
This Beaujolais can be served slightly chilled on a warm summers evening, perfect with delicatessen meats and some softer cheeses. This mouth-watering, fresh and juicy red is charming and elegant.
Made from our friends Bernard and Blandine Perrin in the Ternard, Beaujolais. This wine is the perfect example of why Gamay is the chosen grape of this region.
Made by our friends Bernard and Blandine Perrin in Ternand, a village in the south of the Beaujolais region about 45 minutes north-west of Lyon, a picturesque spot surrounded by hills. They have worked with Adnams for years as they source Beaujolais Cru from a few of their neighbours for us as well! Bernard presented us this blend as a potential for an 'Adnams Cuvée' as he was so proud of it; we just couldn't say 'no'!
