pear, honeysuckle and spicy notes abounding

pear, honeysuckle and spicy notes abounding

Sourced from a single vineyard 400m above sea level, north east of Adelaide, South Australia. This fruit, derived from the significantly cooler Adelaide Hills, allows the Pinot Gris fruit to express its natural varietal character and retention of natural acid. Matches beautifully with poultry dishes. Try chicken breast with creamy garlic sauce and seasonal vegetables. The name reflects the collaborative, hand-crafted wines and partnerships, made with respect to the environment (Grounded) and ‘Cru’ is a French word meaning ‘growth’. Grounded Cru has built a reputation of producing premium wines in two of Australia’s great growing regions, McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills.
